Fresh summer flavors any time of the year! Our tomatoes combined with corn and black beans, green onions and cilantro make the best dip. All you need is a sturdy chip!

Ingredients

2 (15 ounce) cans black beans, drained and rinsed1 (14.5 ounce) can whole kernel corn, drained2 (10 ounce) cans Red Gold® Original Diced Tomatoes with Green Chilies 10 oz1 (14.5 ounce) can Red Gold® Diced Tomatoes 14.5 oz, drained1/2 cup chopped green onions2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, choppedSalt and black pepper to taste
Instructions

In a large bowl combine all ingredients, stir to combine. Refrigerate for several hours or overnight to blend the flavors. Serve with chips or crackers.
