1 pound lean ground beef1 cup chopped onion1 (14.5 ounce) can Red Gold® Petite Diced Tomatoes with Garlic & Olive Oil 14.5 oz or 1 (14.5 ounce) can Red Gold® Petite Diced Tomatoes with Green Chilies 14.5 oz, for a spicy version1 cup water1 cup elbow macaroni, uncooked2 cups shredded processed American cheese
- In a large skillet, brown the ground beef and onion. Drain well. Add petite diced tomatoes and water; bring to a boil.
- Add macaroni and bring back to a boil. Reduce the heat to simmer and cook for 10 minutes or until macaroni is done. Sprinkle cheese on top and stir until cheese is melted.
