Bacon Tomato Cheddar Dip
This is an easy appetizer to whip together for any occasion. It won't last long, consider doubling the recipe if you are making for a large crowd.
1 (16 ounce) carton low fat sour cream2 cups shredded low fat cheddar cheese3 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled2 (10 ounce) cans Sriracha® Sriracha Diced Tomatoes & Red Chilies 10 oz, drained1 envelope ranch dressing mix
- In a large bowl combine all the above ingredients. Cover and chill at least 1 hour to blend the flavors.
- Serve with vegetables, crackers or pita chips.
