Spicy Chicken Cheese Pasta
8 ounces thin spaghetti, 1/2 of a 16 ounce box1 pound processed American cheese, cubed1 (4 ounce) can green chilies, add a second can if you like it spicier2 cups cubed cooked chicken
- Cook spaghetti in a saucepan according to the directions on the package.
- In a large skillet combine cheese and diced tomatoes. Stir and cook until cheese is melted.
- Add chicken and spaghetti to cheese mixture in skillet; stir and heat through.
- Microwave Option: In a microwave safe bowl combine cheese and diced tomatoes. Cook in microwave on high for 2 minutes. Stir until cheese is melted. Add chicken and cheese mixture to spaghetti; stir and heat through.
