1 (9 ounce) box rosemary and olive oil wheat crackers, or baguette slices2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil2 garlic cloves, minced1 1/2 cups grated Parmesan cheese1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
- Brush baguette slices with oil and arrange on a cookie sheet. Broil on each side until nicely toasted.
- In a small mixing bowl combine tomatoes and garlic.
- Put 1 teaspoon tomato mixture on each baguette slice. Sprinkle with 2 teaspoons cheese and 1 teaspoon basil. Place on serving tray.
