Spicy Chicken Tortilla Wraps
Stir-fried chicken strips, peppers, onions and cheese are simmered in a zesty sauce and wrapped in warm tortillas.
2 tablespoons vegetable oil1 pound boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into strips1 green bell pepper, cut into strips1 red bell pepper, cut into strips1 medium onion, sliced1 (10.75 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup8 (8 inch) flour tortillas1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- In large skillet heat oil, add chicken and cook until browned. Add bell peppers and onion, cook until crisp tender.Add soup and petite diced tomatoes; heat through.
- Spoon ½ cup of the chicken mixture down the center of each tortilla. Top with cheese. Fold tortilla around the filling.
