Sriracha Chicken Salad
Our bold flavored Huy Fong Sriracha Diced Tomatoes with Red Chilies shakes up an ordinary chicken salad sandwich and brings some sass!
1 (10 ounce) can Huy Fong Sriracha® Sriracha® Sriracha Diced Tomatoes & Red Chilies 10 oz, drained1/2 cup light mayonnaise, or regular1 tablespoon honey2 cups cooked chicken, chopped1 cup celery, thinly sliced1 cup grapes, halved1/2 cup pecans, chopped and toasted
- In a medium bowl, combine sriracha diced tomatoes, mayonnaise and honey. Stir in chicken, celery, grapes and pecans.
- Cover and chill. May be served in hollowed out melons, avocados or papayas. Also makes a great sandwich when served on a Croissant.
- Option: Serve on mini croissants for a finger food sandwich. Perfect for a party buffet.
