Easy One Skillet Chili Mac

1 pound ground beef1 small onion, diced3 garlic cloves, minced1 1/2 cups elbow macaroni, uncooked1 (14.5 ounce) can Red Gold® Chili Ready Diced Tomatoes 14.5 oz1 (15 ounce) can Red Gold® Chili Ready Tomato Sauce for Chili 15 oz1 (14.5 ounce) can beef broth1 cup water1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Brown ground beef in a large, deep skillet over medium heat. When beef is about half way cooked, add the chopped garlic and onion. Cook until the beef is no longer pink. Drain off any excess fat.
- Add dry pasta, Diced Tomatoes Chili Ready, Tomato Sauce Chili Ready, beef broth and water. Stir gently to evenly distribute all of the ingredients. Bring to a low boil, reduce heat to simmer, cook partially covered for 12 to 14 minutes until pasta is tender.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese over the top, cover with a lid and cook for an additional 10 minutes to melt the cheese. Serve immediately.
