2 cups pineapple, diced1 can Red Gold® Mild Diced Tomatoes + Green Chilies 10 oz1/4 cup red onions, diced2 tablespoons Jalapenos, diced fresh2 tablespoons cilantro, chopped1/2 teaspoon salt, more to taste1/4 teaspoon pepper1/4 teaspoon garlic powder1 teaspoon white vinegar2 tablespoons lime juice
Instructions
- In medium bowl, mix pineapple, tomatoes + green chilies, red onions, and jalapenos.
- Gently stir in the salt, pepper, garlic powder, vinegar, lime juice, and cilantro.
- Serve with tortilla chips.
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
