Slow Cooker Macaroni and Cheese

Macaroni and cheese doesn't get easier or tastier than this slow cooker version. Diced Tomatoes with Green Chilies add a kick of spice in this creamy mac and cheese. So simple to make; just dump the ingredients, set the slow cooker on low and it's ready to enjoy in a few short hours. You may never want mac and cheese from the box ever again.


2 cups macaroni, or pasta of choice, uncooked3 tablespoons butter8 ounces processed American cheese, cubed8 ounces light cream cheese, cubed1 teaspoon Dijon mustard1 cup milk1/2 cup whipping cream1 (12 ounce) can evaporated milk1 (14.5 ounce) can Red Gold® Petite Diced Tomatoes with Green Chilies 14.5 oz


  • Place the uncooked pasta in the bottom of a 3.5 quart slow cooker that has been sprayed with cooking spray.
  • Add the remaining ingredients, except tomatoes, to the slow cooker and stir until well combined. Cook on LOW for 4 hours.
  • Just before serving add tomatoes; stir to combine.
