Slow Cooker Macaroni and Cheese
This amazingly cheesy and creamy mac-n-cheese gets an added vegetable boost from our Petite Diced Tomatoes. The best part is you don’t have to “cook” a thing! Pop all of the ingredients into your slow cooker and set on low for a satisfying pasta dish everyone will love!
2 cups macaroni, or pasta of choice, uncooked3 tablespoons butter8 ounces processed American cheese, cubed8 ounces light cream cheese, cubed1 teaspoon Dijon mustard1 cup milk1/2 cup whipping cream1 (12 ounce) can evaporated milk1 (4 ounce) can green chilies1 (14.5 ounce) can Redpack® Petite Diced Tomatoes 14.5 oz, drained
- Place the uncooked pasta in the bottom of a 3.5 quart slow cooker that has been sprayed with cooking spray.
- Add the remaining ingredients, except tomatoes, to the slow cooker and stir until well combined. Cook on LOW for 4 hours.
- Just before serving add tomatoes; stir to combine.
