A fresh, homemade dip recipe that doesn’t get any easier! Diced Tomatoes are added to ripe avocados, along with more lime juice and a pinch of salt. That’s all it takes for this quick Mexican dip!
2 avocados, pitted, peeled, and cut into small cubes2 tablespoons fresh lime juice, about 1 lime1 (14.5 ounce) can Red Gold® Petite Diced Tomatoes with Green Chilies, Lime Juice & Cilantro 14.5 oz, drained or Red Gold® Petite Diced Tomatoes with Green Chilies, Lime Juice & Cilantro 14.5 ozSalt and black pepper to taste
- In a medium bowl mash the avocados with a fork until chunky. Stir in remaining ingredients until well blended. Serve at room temperature.
- Garnish with chopped fresh cilantro
