- Tear burrata into a few pieces and add to the food processor. Add cream and pulse 10 seconds at a time on low until the texture is whipped and creamy. Set aside for now.
- Cook pasta according to the directions on the package.
- Meanwhile, heat olive oil over medium heat in a large skillet. Add sausage and stir occasionally until cooked through (6-7 minutes). Break up the sausage with the back of a spoon as it cooks.
- Add onion and red pepper. Stir occasionally until softened, 5-6 minutes.
- Pour in Red Gold Original Diced Tomatoes + Green Chilies. Heat until most of the liquid has evaporated. Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Reduce heat to low and add cooked pasta and whipped burrata to the skillet. Gently toss the pasta until the sauce is creamy and most of the burrata has melted.
