Ingredients
Sriracha Ketchup Ranch Sauce
1/2 cup mayonnaise1/3 cup sour cream1/3 cup buttermilk1/3 cup Red Gold® Sriracha Hot Chili Sauce Ketchup 20oz1 tablespoon garlic cloves, minced1 tablespoon fresh chives, chopped1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped1 tablespoon fresh parsley, choppedkosher salt and freshly ground pepper, to tasteWings
2 pounds chicken wings1/2 teaspoon garlic powder1/2 teaspoon paprika1/2 teaspoon onion powder1/2 teaspoon salt & pepper2 tablespoons corn starchBBQ Sauce
3 tablespoons salted butter1 cup Red Gold® Sriracha Hot Chili Sauce Ketchup 20oz1/4 cup hot honeyInstructions
- In a large bowl, mix together all ranch ingredients. Taste and adjust any seasoning as needed. Refrigerate covered until ready to serve.
- Pat chicken wings very dry with paper towel.
- Place chicken wings in a bowl, or large ziplock bag. Add seasonings and corn starch. Shake well to evenly coat wings.
- Preheat grill to around 400°F and place chicken wings on grill. Cover and cook until 165°F internal temperature, flipping every 10 minutes to assure a crispy cook on all sides.
- Allow chicken to rest and prepare sauce by adding butter, Huy Fong Sriracha Hot Chili Sauce Ketchup and hot honey to a small sauce pan. Bring to a simmer stirring frequently. Once ingredients are well combined, pour over chicken wings and toss to coat.
- Serve alongside Sriracha Ketchup Ranch sauce.
