1 can spicy refried beans, 16 oz1 can regular refried beans, 16 oz1 cup sour cream1 package taco seasoning, 1 oz1 block cream cheese, 8oz, softened1 can sliced black olives, 3.8oz, drained1/2 cup cilantro, chopped1 can black beans, 15oz, drained1 can Red Gold® Petite Diced Tomatoes 14.5 oz, drained1 can Red Gold® Original Diced Tomatoes + Green Chilies 10 oz, drained1 cup Monterey Jack cheese, 8oz, grated1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, 8oz, grated1/2 cup Queso fresco, 4oz, crumbledtortilla or corn chips, for serving
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- In a 9x13 baking dish, combine refried beans, sour cream, taco seasoning, and cream cheese.
- Fold in black olives, cilantro, black beans, and both cans of tomatoes and chilies.
- Top with Monterey Jack and sharp cheddar cheese, bake for 30 minutes.
- Top with Queso fresco before serving.
