1 (14.5 ounce) can Red Gold® Petite Diced Tomatoes with Green Chilies 14.5 oz, drained4 tablespoons Red Gold® Mama Selita's Jalapeno Ketchup 20 oz2 tablespoons prepared horseradish1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce1/4 cup fresh squeezed lime juiceBlack pepper to taste4 celery stalks4 ounces vodka8 green olives4 lime wedge
Instructions
- To a blender add diced tomatoes, jalapeno ketchup, horseradish, Worcestershire sauce and lime juice. Blend until pureed and smooth.
- Fill 4 glasses with ice and add 1 ounce of vodka to each glass. Divide Bloody Mary mixture among the glasses. Stir to combine, garnish each glass with celery, olives, a bit of fresh cracked pepper and lime wedge.
