Tater tots are a favorite from your childhood. But who says they're just for kids? These loaded totchos are tater tots loaded with bacon, cheese, diced tomatoes, green chilies and drizzled with sour cream. The ultimate snack for game day or any day.
Ingredients

1 (16 ounce) bag frozen tater tots4 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled1 can Redpack® 28 oz Diced Tomatoes, drained very well1 (4 ounce) can green chilies, or jalapeno slices1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese1/4 cup chopped chives1/2 cup light sour cream
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400° F. Place tater tots in one layer in shallow casserole dish. Cook for 15 to 20 minutes until crispy.
- Pile cooked tater tots on a large serving plate. Sprinkle with bacon, diced tomatoes, green chilies, cheese and chives. Cover with foil to melt cheese, for 5 to 10 minutes before serving.
- Place sour cream in plastic bag, clip the corner and swirl on top of completed dish. Serve immediately.
